Portfolio Usage (No Additional Fee)
There is no confidentiality fee if Danielle Wu Photography is permitted to use a small curated selection of approximately 10–20 photographs for portfolio, website, social media, publications, and marketing purposes. The images will be selected at the sole discretion of Danielle Wu Photography and will always be presented in a professional manner consistent with the brand.

Full Confidentiality (+20%)
A 20% confidentiality fee applies if no photographs or videos may be used for portfolio, website, social media, publications, advertising, or any other marketing purposes. All privacy preferences must be confirmed prior to signing the photography agreement and will be documented in the final contract.

I'm located in Toronto. While I'm based here, I'm always eager to explore new places! If you want me to photograph your story outside of Toronto, there will be a travel fee based on the location. I only take a limited number of trips each year, so I recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. I can't wait to capture your unique story wherever it may take us!

Despite the challenges the pandemic presents, I am committed to providing a personalized experience for you through virtual video calls. During our consultation, we'll work together to map out the details of your day, from pre-ceremony to post-ceremony. On your wedding day, my goal is to capture every emotion, moment, and detail that makes your special day uniquely yours, from the serene to the spirited.

Within 12-16 weeks, I'll create an online gallery of your photos. Download, share, and order prints directly from there. Cherish your memories for years to come.

My 8-hour wedding coverage typically results in a collection of 600 to 800 fully edited images. I firmly believe in prioritizing quality over quantity, and I will thoughtfully curate a selection of the most meaningful and significant photos to tell the story of your special day artfully.

It's best to book as far in advance as possible to secure your desired date. I recommend booking at least 6-12 months before the wedding date.

I'll be your primary wedding photographer and may bring an assistant or second shooter to ensure every moment is captured. If I'm unavailable, my talented teammate will be your primary photographer, delivering the same excellence and artistry.

Absolutely! I welcome your input and suggestions for specific shots or poses that you would like me to capture. Before the wedding, we will discuss your preferences and create a shot list to ensure that all important moments are documented.

Yes! Weddings taking place between November 1 and February 28 are eligible for a 10% Winter Wedding Discount. This promotion applies to wedding photography and photography + videography packages with a minimum booking of 8 hours. The discount is applied to the package price before taxes and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.

Holiday Surcharge
A 15% holiday surcharge applies to weddings taking place on the following dates:

Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

The holiday surcharge reflects the increased demand, staffing, and operating costs associated with these dates. The applicable surcharge will be included in your final quotation.
