Destination Wedding Photography Packages – FAQ

1. What is included in the destination wedding photo packages?

A.Our packages include 8 or 10 hours of photography coverage, high-resolution edited photos, and complimentary flight tickets. We also cover 2 nights of hotel accommodations and a 3-day car rental to ensure a seamless experience.

2. Do you charge extra for travel?

A.We waive the cost of flight tickets, but clients must cover 2 nights of hotel accommodation and 3 days of car rental.

3. How do we book a destination wedding photography package?

A.Simply reach out to us to confirm availability and discuss your specific needs. A deposit will secure your date, and we’ll help arrange all travel logistics.

4. How far in advance should we book?

A.We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for international destinations.

5. Can we add more hours to the package?

A.Yes! If you need additional coverage, we can customize a package that fits your wedding day timeline.

6. What if our wedding location changes?

A.If your destination changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate the new location. Any new travel expenses will be adjusted accordingly.

7. When will we receive our photos?

A.Edited photos are typically delivered within 8-10 weeks after the wedding day. You’ll receive a private online gallery to view and download all your images.

8. What if our wedding is postponed or canceled?

A.If your wedding is postponed, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy.

9. Do you shoot other events while at the destination?

A.Yes, we can also cover pre-wedding events like welcome dinners, engagement sessions, or post-wedding day adventures. Just let us know, and we can add this to your package.
